View Full Version : What I saw two weeks ago while in Maine:

North Missouri Railroad

An Eastern Maine excursion passenger train while eating lunch at Sarah's in Wisskassett(sp?).:teeth::thumbs_up:

Unprotected crossings in Rockland; when I inquired why I was told that the people don't like the bells or the crossing arms of gates or the horn of the train. So when crossing railroads in Rockland it is a new form of Russian roulette; (another Liberal stupid idea).:thumbs_down:

I wish someone would develop a vaccine against such stupidity. But what really galls me, is that there'll be an accident. Then the railroad will be sued, and lose.

:omg:

Haha, that's nothing. Welcome to Maine. You have no idea....

To quote one of our favorite state sayings, "Can't be bothered."
