I found this website that says they had three units; 20, 21 and 22.

Thanks Mark!! Now that I know they had a few, all I need is to track down a photo or 2.
Someone traded me a new Bachmann Louisville & Nashville DCC equipped switcher for a Building Blocks off my site!
Now that I know C&O had a few I just need to see a prototype so that I can re-do it!!
