What gives with the peice...HO? Is that stock? Inquiring minds want to know!

HO scale - and stock. It represents the J-2 Class Mountain that the C&O had built by Brooks in 1918. All this gets is a little light weathering - the J Class was used for passenger service and were kept fairly clean.
