I've been meaning to photo this for a long time. This year, have been waiting for the snows to recede. Up this road, ice, etc, can remain until this time of year, and even later.

Anyhow, faded, but unaltered, this GN switch stand has a very different purpose in life.

I'm wondering if someone around our valley has profile of the yard. Might be able to pinpoint where this came from. It's number, "1010," is still quite obvious.
