CHARGER

Man, oh man, hate days like this, second time this has happened to me.
Received a letter today in the mail from Bank of America, appears Amtrak and BofA have agreed to disolve the Amtrak Guest Rewards Credit Card. The one where you can get miles/points for money spent on the card. AS of 1 May, you will no longer be able to recieve points, at this time you will be able to maintain those that you have already earned.
I racked up enough points for a one way sleeper across the country and was working on the return trip.
Apperently according NRPC, they are searching for a new host bank and hope to have a new program in place by April. Then again this is the same company that bought a trainset from Europe to run LA to Vegas, anyone seen that lately on Cajon Pass?
Bummer
