"Chesapeake and Ohio Early Diesels" by Thomas Dixon Jr (1988) has a b/w picture of FP7 no. 8000. "The Chesapeake and Ohio in Color - 1950-1975" also by Dixon (1992) has a color picture of GP7 no. 5761. "Chesapeake and Ohio Color Pictorial Volume 1" by Harry Stegmaier (1998) Has color pictures of GP9 no 6012, GP9 no. 6172, two images of GP7 no.5761, one of F7 no. 7068 (similar to the image on the COHS site), one of F7 no. 7004, and a distant rear 3/4 view of FP7 no. 8000 (although it is coupled to another locomotive). These are all of the published zebra stripe images that I could find. The first two books are softbound, and the last one is hardbound. I highly recommend all of these books if you don't have them already.
