Does not look like very usefull land to me, but a nice area none the less.

Perhaps the main reason no purchasede this propety, if ya threw a rock perhaps one could hit the other side of its thirty seven acres., Is next to the Old Grand View Cafe (a hiway 70 eyesore), and its very steep country.

But the view is fantastic, i stop close to there when traveling the Feather River canyon to soak up the view of the track and canyon below

Theres a saying, if one ran his car off here, he could smooke two cigeretts before getting wet in the river......John
