New Rock Island Shirts from JTW

Just a note to fellow fans of the Rock Island. Tina has made up Polo Shirts and denim shirts for the Rock.

We started with the last logo of the Rock as it is seldom seen on shirts. As time goes on we will add the traditional logo as well. You can check them out at www.jtwrailsandcrafts.com

I would LOVE to do the above RR's in shirts, however we just got a letter from UP. UP would have no problem with us doing custom paint of UP and predicessors, however they said they are not allowing any additional textiles to be licsened. Sorry guys:cry:

Dare I ask about the possibility of a Frisco shirt? Wonder if BNSF would have any issues provided all the proper forms were filled out.....

So far both BNSF and NS have not done the same as UP or CSX. That said CSX should not be a problem. So a Frisco is comming! Just a matter of time, Tina builds these logos on a computer then converts them with special software. I thought it was an easy, left click on logo, save and convert, but not necessarily. The Rock logo took about a day, and the Great Northern logo has taken two days so far. Think of it as using an Atlas shell as guide to build a shell with Evergreen styrene and BLMA parts!:teeth:

Also if you guys want to be, dare I say famous? Show us your photography as we will need pictures eventually for more T-Shirts.

Hmm, me thinks a contest might be in order?
