Non UP cars still out and running

This D&RGW car is getting rarer. UP tends to get rid of these cars for some reason. Unlike the WP car, it will get returned to the leasor or leased to another railroad and loose its D&RGW reporting marks. http://www.railroadforums.com/photos/data/573/226IM003310.JPG
