I really get a kick when I see old Frisco rolling stock. I'm really amazed how little you see anymore. At first I thought it was just because of living in the Pacific northwest. But after talking with my brother a conductor in Tulsa there really are few to be seen even there. Friday on my trip home from Seattle there were 2 insulated I beleive 78000 class box cars in Meeker Wa. on a spur. When I worked out of Tulsa we would see alot of these cars coming from Texas full of Cambells soup on train 738. I see alot more ex Rock Island cars than Frisco, the baby blue is usally easier to spot and I know the RI had more rolling stock but just seems funny to me.
