When did Pennsy begin painting their passenger E8's in the tuscan, single stripe scheme? (eg Kato's last run in N-scale)

Some book research shows that all original E8 units, 74 in all from 1950-1952, had five stripe and were painted in brunswick green except a few of the last few ordered(tuscan 5 stripe).
The single stripe and tuscan paint was used after they were shopped for repairs. So I guess the single stripe tuscan would have to be after 1952.
There are pictures late in the 60's showing E8's with no stripe at all and only PRR logo.
