I went down to the Golden State Model Railroad Museum and seen that NCL that Mark made. It's real nice.
A guy named Steve Cleere, and NP fan all the way, :D owns and runs it there. They have an N Scale layout that is about 60 feet long.

I'm embarrassed. redface.gif Somehow, I overlooked this post. My apologies!
There are two N scale magazines. This particular article is in N Scale Railroading Magazine. They do not have a web site. However, you can e-mail them: nscalerailroadn@aol.com
Sorry that I missed this!

As for Steve Cleere, way back in the day, I superdetailed a pair of BNSF snoots and thru ebay, sold them to him. Very knowledgeable guy, and friendly as well.
I would love to run that NCL just once...but my layout won't do it a justice.

The Golden State Railroad Museum has a site on the wed. Three gauges in the museum, N, HO and O. Boxcab, a guy in the O section has a beeeutiful Milwaukee Road freight train and the Hiwatha in the steam era. Saw it go buy the N layout one day when I visited. I think Chuck at Feather River is also a member there. The Tehachapi loop is right at eye level on the N layout as you enter. Really a nice club layout

Oh wow! I missed this thread for a couple weeks too! My site changed because I changed from cable to dsl. The dsl don't have web hosting, but I got a site from Jason Boche, a member here on the forum.
My new site address is http://raybob.boche.net/
As for pictures of the N Scale NCL train, I did not get any the time I visited the Golden State Model Railroad Museum. I will go visit Chuck the next saturday I have off work, and stop by the club to take pictures.

By chance have you submitted this information to Railseek.com? If not, hope you will soon!

Nothing new on the layout. Been working on a variety of cars. Just posted some SPS 'chip' cars for sale. Trying to decal two WP chip cars. Two cabeese are about half done.
Robert
