Virginian gondola question

I once saw a picture of someone's model of a high-side gondola lettered for Virginian. The odd thing was, it had 6 axles! I presume a prototype exists for this thing - anyone got pictures?

Is that what they called the "battleship gondolas"? I think I saw a magazine article about them not too long ago...

These are the cars sometimes called "battleship gondolas", and there were 2013 of them.

Both N&W and VGN utilized 6-axle gondolas... VGN's lasted right up to the N&W merger.
