can any one tell me the color on the top of the short hood of the ex UP sd45s that are now
cefx sd40-2s

also can any one tell what would be the corect plow :rolleyes: to us on these units

The short hood on the units I've seen have all been the UP standard gray color. As far as the plow goes, the units can be either from UP, SP, or Rio Grande heritage. So I guess the answer is; it depends. Here is a photo of an ex-DRG&W unit.
