The bridge is near the Markham yard in southwest Chicaho area, it is interesting, why they built it that way I don't know, but sidewalks and road goes under there.

Looks like a bare table train.

I'm not sure if I've been on that rod, but there are many like it through chicagoland. The road is running at an angle to the tracks, not perpendicular.
