2 Bay Covered Hopper

Last night while driving back from Roseville, I had to wait for a train, and in the consist headed north toward Marysville was a D&RGW 2 bay covered hopper. I didn't get a chance to catch the number, as it was going past the front of my car at a good clip. It was very nice to see!!

Sounds like the same feeling I used to get when spotting a rare M&St.L covered hopper, that had somehow strayed from it's near captive cement service. Or how I feel when like last month, one of the big yellow old Milw hoppers was loading grain in town.
