OLATHE — Today's halt on log deliveries to the Louisiana-Pacific Corp. waferboard plant in Olathe may foreshadow a long plant shutdown, the company warned state officials Thursday.

"On Friday, we will accept our last log," plant manager Clint Shilts said during a summit with state officials.

Man, that will cut into switching activities too (not to mention all the folks getting layed off in a town that can handle too much of that!!). I hope the shut down isn't a long one. I wonder if it will effect the one run to Montrose...maybe trucks will entirely take over http://www.trainboard.com/mad.gif . Happy Modeling!!
