Bighorn Sheep Canyon Industry

Good Morning D&RGW folks,
There is an abandoned (I think) industrial facility on the north side of the Arkansas river between Coaldale and Texas Creek, or there about. Would anyone out there know what the nature of it's business was. There seemed to be a spur running to it or at least a siding there. I've wanted to get over there and photograph it but it always seems when I go buy there I'm in a hurry.

Hi Scott,
The Grande used to load limestone from a quarry near there. The name of the siding is Pleasanton. I think the quarry was in the hills to the west up Hayden Creek. It has been a while since I was there, but the siding was there as well as a truck loading facility. Hope this helps. :D
