Today Conrail Shared Assets released GP38 #2943 in a special paint scheme celebrating Conrail's 25th anniversary. Painted in the CR blue livery, it is lettered "Spirit of Conrail" beneath the cab and, on the rear of the long hood, is the phrase "25 Years of Safety and Service". Currently the engine is in South Amboy, N J

There is a photo at railpace. Note the PRR under the window. It is Conrail, but the power is owned by NS (PRR) or CSX (NYC)

Thanks for the link to the picture! I guess that marks the "end of the line" for the CR blue. :(
