Oil Burning O-5(?)

Hello,
Asked this of the Burlington HS w/o response. I am making a few detail changes to a Bach SF Northern, already decorated for the Q. This has the oil tender. I think this model is closer to an O-5, then an O-5a. If that is the case, what would be a correct number for an O-5 oil burner, #5609- 5629, or?

Here's a shot of 5625, listed as an O-5a:

Sure looks to me a coal burner, and all Fallen Flags Archive (http://www.rr-fallenflags.org/cbq/cbq.html) shots of 5601-5629 are coal burners.
5632 (http://www.rr-fallenflags.org/cbq/cbq-s5632an.jpg), looks to be an oil-burner...
