Can anyone tell me a really good paint match for cascade green? I have tried the Floquil Burl. No. Green 110035 but I do not like it at all, it seems to light and any atemps to darken it have only gotten me Olive Drab. So does any one know of any other BN greens? I would realy like to get closer to the darker green Kato uses.

Have you tried Accu+Paint AP-70 BN Cascade Green? Accu+Paint's website is here: http://www.smp-mlw.com.//smp-mlw/indexx.html Sometimes it can be hard to find, but it's great paint...I've managed to build up a small stash of various colors, and I think it's great stuff.

I use Badger Modelflex, although if its near enough Cascade green then it will do, the Prototype varies enough http://www.trainboard.com/biggrin.gif

I also use the badger bn green paint.to see what it looks like go to nscale forum, and look at the custom painted pacific pride unit.It turns out a little brighter than the factory bn paint from kato but looks every bit as good.

My favorite is Scalecoat BN Green. However, remember that green fades and is painted at various locations, so don't worry about switching paint brands. If the hue is a little off, well then, one's been in the sun a little longer.
