N scale Kato Dash-9 in BN... ever attempted?

Has anyone tried to make a fantasy *I like fantasy projects lately..* Dash-9 44CW in BN? Not like the grungestains, but maybe a Tiger Stripe, or a Whiteface? If I could get a Dash 9 undec, I may try it. I would need Tiger Stripe/Whiteface Diesels' decals from Microscale.

I did 2 of these but when painted in the white face they looked like 60m's

The way I'm thinking the C44-9W's if bought by BN proably would have ended up in the Green and cream paint. I might have to do one of those someday.

It'd be real neat to do one in GN colors... or NP Loewy green, or CB&Q stainless steel.....there's a crapload of undec dash 9's on ebay, btu I just don't have the ca$h.... :(
