CB&Q-BN Cicero Ill freight yards.

I am trying to help out a fellow modeler who wishes to model the CB&Q/BN freight yards in Cicero Illinois,diesel era,1976/95. I'm waiting
for the Cicero City Clerk's office to send me a local map. I don't know if that will help him that much but it's a start(I think) Any suggestions where else he can get authentic infor? Thanks in advance, Chuck Walsh Grand Rapids Mi

Used to live in La Grange Illinois, in the 80s and 90s Try IRM (Illinois Railway Museum) in Union Illinois...or maybe clubs in the area.
