Number Boards

I picked up a Kato RSC-2 off Ebay the other day. It looks good and runs great. I know the Seaboard had big number boards on the end of the hood. Anybody have a suggestion for this? Also, the walkways and skirts are black, is this correct? Finally, what is a good yellow to use to paint the rails and steps, and a good green to paint the grab irons. Feel free to answer any, all or none.

Are we talking HO scale or N scale???

I had some of the N scale units... great runners, although a little light. I did change them to DCC, but robbed the decoders to use in other models before I sold them on eBay.

Oops. Sorry, I forget that Kato made the RSC-2 in HO and N. Mine is HO.
