Hamlet RR museum?

Anyone know of this place? I had seen signs at the old Hamlet station about it, but it was never open on the weekdays when I went by. If it does exist, what are the plans for it once they move the station?

Right now the museum is closed pending the Depot Move. It is run by some Real Old Timers. They were talking about renting a building in town so they could stay open temporarily but I doubt that will happen for lack of Funds. Most of the artifacts are in a storage building, and in the Caboose.

Are they really going to move the depot across the street? That would be an enormous task :eek: If so, what is the point? Are they reconfiguring the tracks or something?
