I caught SRS#136 at the NS depot here in Marion last summer. I hear they are being replaced by HiRails. It's nice to see them still hanging on.

What was it doing there? Just being stored behind a fence?

Sperry has a facility in Danbury. They may be just parking this unit, since they can't do much work under the current weather conditions. It is possible they just needed a place to keep it for a short time. Beyond that, I don't have any info on why it is in our yard.
