Railimages Photo of the week - Suggestions

I would like members input on an idea I have been thinking about.

I would like 4 pictures posted from albums off Rail images into a topic here for members to look at and vote on.

We could have a poll each week and vote for the best photo for that week. It can be either a protoype of modelling photograph from any rail images album.

what do you all think? I'd be looking for some volunteers to help me and seach the albums every week and post the pics into the topic that i would open every sunday.

Sounds good. It's a way to increase traffic (viewing), at Rail Images. And perhaps encourage people to post more to their albums.

Great idea. It may be difficult to pick the best of a week, though. I posted two a couple of days ago, then went back to look at them under "latest uploads" and they were already off the page. I think Railimages is getting a workout. :eek:

Being as I can't access Rail images, I am all for it so I can see some of the other pictures.

that sounds like a fantastic idea! i dont think i would be able to help choose photos tho, being my computer has a nice slow dialup. plus i just cant choose favorites when it comes to trains :D

I would like to participate (add photos or post a photo) but I can't get to my album. I added a couple of pictures, and now I can't get to them. The screen just comes up white.

Any suggestions?

Garth .. I just went into RailImages and found your album. I clicked on it and 15 photos came up for view. I'm not sure what is causing your computer to show it as a blank page graemlins/headscratch.gif

Ok we have 4 volunteers to select a photograph each, the 4 volunteers are

1. Lady Sunshine
2. Signalguy
3. Tompm
4. PF2488

I will post the topic tomorrow if you 4 guys can select a picture from railimages and display it in the topc.
