Thanks to Roger Taylor for the info.

For the record, 750-774 were primarily used on such Frisco hotshots as QLA, 31, 33 and 34. On KCS, they can mostly be seen on the former IC line from Shreveport east.

interesting..... i had seen several photos of those, but had no idea that they were former frisco units. those things went through my neck of the woods (growing up) on the 31

I've seen the KCS 4817 on east and west manifest trains on the former gateway. The
poor thing is now a remote control unit when not in use on the road.
