What's up with KCS stock price?

Has anybody heard what's up with the KCS stock (KSU) price? Ever since the spin-off of Stilwell Financial (now Janus Capital), the stock has continued it's downward sprint! From about $17 after the spinoff to about $12 now. Not good performance considering the markets have been in an uptrend for the last 10 weeks or so. They must have made some decisions the market didn't like. Anybody hear what that/those could have been?
Darned if I can figure it out!
