I have net.4.7, I went to look at my pages again and the darn new pages I made won't let me click on the thumbnails... (just my brand new pages all others are fine) so I changed my format a little and went back to my netscape to test it. I couldn't get anything to load, all I got was the pulsating load bar down below saying 10% of 51K... no pages would load, not even their own built in home page. Is this common? I would like to play around with netscape some more but it is just frustrating. what secret is there to get my netscape to work right?

I do not know why anyone would use Netscape by choice :confused:

Well, I just checked out your site with the following:
NS 6.01
IE 5.5
Opera 5.02
All of them worked fine. I would try rebooting your 'puter and go from there. It is not your site.
Will say one thing, at 0200 MST, -0700?, with BroadBand things sure load fast :D.

Try clearing your CACHE... I bet you have a corrupt copy in there...
hold your SHIFT key down and press RELOAD/REFRESH...
this forces the browser to download everything fresh from the server...
Its called a SUPER RELOAD..
Or in NETSCAPE, select EDIT then PREFERENCES then Click on the + next to ADVANCED to expand the selection ..
In there you will see CACHE. On the right you will see
CLEAR MEMORY CACHE
and
CLEAR DISK CACHE..
Click on them both and say yes to both..
some pages will load slower for a few times, as the cache has to download everything again...
I usually do this once a week at least..

"I do not know why anyone would use Netscape by choice"...
I agree 100%... I just wanted to check it out. :eek:
It worked fine this morning... my problem wasn't my site this time, it was netscape not loading anything at all... no pages... just a blank window..
I re -wrote my pages with the tables like:
<tr>
<td>
<a href...>
</td>
</tr>
instead of strung out like
<tr><td><a href...>
</td></tr>
and it seemed to help... Thanks all...

I have a suggestion:
<marquee> redface.gif DITCH IT!!! redface.gif</marquee>
If you have all of these problems (I have Netscape 4.7 also, but Use IE 5.5 all the time) just get rid of it and get Internet Explorer 5.5 It's "perfect" to day the leasts.---pat :D

IE 5.5 is slow as a wet year... I have tested this on 8 different machines, and all have decided to stick with IE 5.0x.
But one thing, if your page does not work for you with Nutscrape, then it maynot work for others with it.
One thing to check, do you have to configure the proxy settings?? sometimes with N/Scape they drop out...
