I tried your sugestion and used the note tab light, there are a million things on that editor I will never use...!LOL
I wanted a spellchecker, so I upgraded to the "note tab standard" for $9.95 this is the same but with a spellchecker. I can still type code from scratch faster than I can hunt down a tag or attribute and click it in place ...LOL, but just being able to edit on my PC, save the files for emergency, spellcheck, all off line and 10 times faster than my webtv...LOL it is fun again.
I have created my web site from hand written code without the aid of PC software. I rellied on the editor at my host, on line graphic sites to create and manipulate images...etc. I still like writing pages alla by hand, just like I like hand thrown switches better than automatic on my model railroad. :D
