I never got a response in the UP forum, so I thought I'd repost this question here...
Please forgive my ignorance, but I've been looking at a schematic of UP's Roseville (California) Terminal and have some questions about nomenclature...

What is a Trim Lead? Is that just so the yard dogs can get around the train, and the line engines can get to the front?

What is the One Spot? I think I read somewhere that the One Spot is where cars to be repaired or loaded could be spotted by a loco once, and future movements on the track are by wench or other means?

What is the Engine Turn? It just looks like a short passing siding, no wye, just a short run around. Is that for changing loco order in a lash-up? Perhaps so the loco with the most comfortable cab could be in front?

What are the Rockpile Tracks? I don't think they're MOW tracks, since there is another area for that. Is this just a place to park ballast hoppers?
