There is a lesson to be learned by all and that is reduce speed in the fog! I am sure we have all seen major accidents on highways that were caused by some nimrod speeding through it. It is good to retrain all engineers and I believe motorists should be taught as well. Like I always tell my coworkers - there is no compromise for safety!
