Need help concerning these heavy Pacifics. C&S & FWD received heavy Pacific that were identical to CBQs S3s. I would like to convert a B&O P7 or Mantua Pac to a coal burning model of the FWD version #556/557 F3A2 were oil burners, were #551-555 coal burners?
