I'm trying to come up with information, drawings and pictures of the Jersey Central's Blue Comet. A friend of mine wants to model one in standard gauge (Lionel), but in a rather interesting medium. Specifically, he plans to build it from stained glass. Any help on finding refrence material would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

I found some photos but not much technical stuff.

[By the way, I've been in the CNJ headquarters in Jersey City many many times. What a beautiful station.]

There is a CNJmodelers group on Yahoo where Vic Roseman and other authorities on the CNJ can be readily found. There is many messages on motive power and rolling stock used on Blue Comet archived there.
