Well, if you wanted to know the deal behind the recent rebuilds from Asltom, here it is. Engine histories, carbodies, and paint schemes.

Don't really know the history on these but I got a feeling CN wants to keep these GCFX's that they are using now , especially since micorwave ovens were installed , a mandatory on all CN power .

Great shots Dave, but that's not the series I'm looking for. Those were rebuilt to CN specs and are on long-term lease with them. That was the testbed for Alstom, and CSX decided to jump on the bandwagon.
