Well tonight I decided to go to trainorders to see what it was like... absolutely no change. I E-mailed them tonight and asked them to remove my account. Needless to say I was not impressed and the site is still going downhill. I also didn't like how your name could only be a small amount of letters, Chessie SD50 8563 wouldn't even fit, I was highly displeased that my almost trademark name that I first started using there didn't fit. I guess some things never change. Charlie you have done a great thing by giving us this site.

We thank you for your kind words but I am obliged to say that it isn't me. TrainBoard.com is brought to you (toll free) by a dedicated group of completely unpaid volunteers! (Many of whose names are visible to the right side of the forums on the main forums page).
Thanks smile.gif

Chessie,
This may fall under the rumor department, but
from what I hear, Trainorders' member list is dwindling, thanks to the misguided idea of charging a fee to belong. The rumor goes on to state that Trainorders may be headed to the riptrack. tongue.gif
Just a rumor, mind you, but hey, if folks like free-fire zones, Trainorders or the boards at America Offline may be thier cup of
tea.
My apologies if this post is inappropriate. I
know rumors aren't necessarily fact.
Highball, TB!!! smile.gif

The only thing I use trainorders for now is the 3MB of free web space.
