Can anyone help me find information about the old North Coast Hiawatha that ran between St. Paul and Seattle? Specifically, I am looking for typical train consists, on-time performance, and motive power. I am specifically looking for 1975-1978. Any information you may have can be posted here or emailed to me at mfarley@plains.nodak.edu

I saw the Horth Coast in Montana in July 1976. I remember the 2 SDP40's and the 2 domes. One of the dome's followed the 2 sleepers (I think one of the sleepers was a slumbercoach) the other was the very last car. I think it consisted of 8 cars and the time I saw it, it was 4 hours late.
