Amtrak Express

I'll start this topic and see if we can move some from the others to here. Also Max not all of the bondoggle express boxcars are good for max speed. Like was posted if some are empty they must be run at Frt speed. Most of the time Amtrak loads out emptys with sand to ballast them to the minimum wght requirments. To my minescule knowledge all MHC are good for high speed. Where as the newer silver and green off the shelve boxcars, some have supposedly been retrofitted a few times for speed but seem to be failing and falling apart constantly. Sometimes the ratio of B/O to good is 3 and 4 to 1.
