I went out railfanning with my boys last weekend, and here's a couple of samples of what we caught:

I really like this photo for many reasons... first off, it shows some nice color; second, it shows 3 modern units all running elephant style...

The differences I see include: the black short hood painting, headlight shields, CR vs. CR Quality painting, etc.
