Saw a locomotive 4611 that said transcaer on the side. The Cincinnati RR club said it was one of a kind. I got photos early morning at Queensgate
yard in Cincy. Any one else seen it?

Can you post a photo of it? A lot of the time we see an engine, but don't have time to see the number, or jot it down.

NS repainted GP59 4611 in 1995 into the special TRANSCAER (Transportation Community Awareness and Emergency Response) paint scheme. TRANSCAER is a program sponsored by railroads, trucking companies and chemical companies to promote the safe handling of hazardous materials.
