Jeff,
Thanks for the cab shots. They are all neat, but the top picture has it all: signals, a bridge, a crossing, local buildings, etc. What a treat! :D

In that first photo that signal with a red over green is a "slow clear" correct ?
Crossing over somewhere ? Or going into a siding or yard ? cool photos smile.gif

Red over green on ex-Southern lines is "Diverging Clear." The train will diverge at the block and should expect a approach or clear signal at the next block.

I am from the semaphore times, so not familiar with the blinky lites today. In the first photo taken from the fireman/conductor's side of the cab, it looks like the fireman has a double dead stop, but the engineer may proceed slowly being prepaired to stop ahead. Does that mean the conductor has to get out and walk ahead? tongue.gif (Bad joke?) Well I'll submit this Sunset shot out the Engineer's side heading west for Port Jervis, yes it is the Norfolk & Southern! Posted with permission. :D

Thanks for the pictures smile.gif For us non-railroaders, there is something special about 'engineers-eye-wiew' shots!
