For those interested, today NS placed two additional "GP38-2" rebuilds into service today at Altoona. These units are rebuilt from former NS GP38/GP38AC's. The rebuilds are easy to spot as they have chopped noses and rooftop air conditioners.
If anyone gets any photos, I am sure everyone would like to see them.
