Canned Tomatoes and Pizza Sauce

Up for sale, Canadian Pacific Railways scratch and dent food service department!

Cartons crushed with some cans dented. Product contents as follows:

134 cases of pizza sauce = 6 X 100oz. cans per case
10 cases of canned tomatoes = 6 X 100oz. cans per case.

Anyone wanna bid on this for May 5th-6th, we can make pizza and pasta at the museum.....show em us burly railroad types can really cook!

Keep your eye on the CP scratch & dent site. There should be 3 carloads of lumber on there soon from the D&H derailment at Putnam, NY (5 April). I would say enough to build a really nice house with.

One of the center beam cars flipped completely over on its top and not one bundle of lumber came undone. Claims agent told me the rerailing will probably cause more damage than the actual wreck so all the product will be sold off. Most should be still usable but it is easier for the RR to pay for the entire car and then make back what they can on resale.

Forget the lumber for sale. The wreck crew cut the banding and pushed all the lumber into a big pile. Will make a nice bonfire this summer.
