RS3 winterization hatches

Well, I've looked everywhere. I understand the theory but can anyone out there show me how the RS3 winterization hatches looked from the top. After all, if your making a model, the top is what you see first.

Lacking a photo, perhaps a short description would do.

Although the answer is in N Scale, not to worry, you will see what you after. Go to your hobby shop and ask to look at the SOO SD60's. Inside you will see the winterization hatches you can add if you so wish. This will give you an idea.
