I understand that around 1909 the CPR moved to Mallets to act as pusher locomotives in the Selkirks. These were 0-6-6-0 . They weren't used for long. Maintenance and complicated machinery were the reason for their demise. They were rebuilt as 2-10-0s. Numbers were 1950 to 1954.
Does anyone have a picture of one of these locomotives. I would sure like to see one.
