Can anyone give me any info on the currnet operations on the Craig Branch?

They are running 4-8 trains a day to the Energy and Axial mines.
These are the regulars.
CAICL/CCLAI
CEYPS/CPSEY
CEYMS/CMSEY
CEYEG/CEGEY
CEYTL/CTLEY
CEYTE/CTEEY
CNPEY/CEYPO

They also run a local west out of Denver usually on late Wed,early Thurs. and comes back Saturday.

Thanks for the info Mike. I have another question you might be able to answer. I understand Phippsburg is a crew change point. Where do these crews run to? Do the unit trains come from Denver to Phippsburg and they take the trains to the mines and back?

Yes Pburg is a crew change point. Crews Run from Denver to Bond/Pburg, then the Pburg boys take the trains to the mine and back to Pburg. The East Poolers out of Grand Jct run from Jct to Bond and stay in Pburg also, but most are doubling out back to Jct.
