Thanks Jim,
I really enjoyed reading about your trip and the pictures were great. It must have been very cold out there taking pictures.
Are the T2's scheduled for painting into UP livery in the near future?

Paul,

I don't think we will see anymore T-2's repainted. By the time all 1000 SD70's are done the T-2' will probably all be retired and sold http://www.trainboard.com/frown.gif. Even now, when one of them needs major work, they are put in the dead line. Any time you do a trace and see one that has been in the shop for over a week, the chances are that it will be retired.
