The CNW had some SD45's without dynamic brakes, but did have the flared radiators. They looked close to the new SD70M's. Just goes to show you, everything new is old, or something like that.

I got to see one of the new SD70m's come through Sparks. I like'm, even if the front of the radiator is squared off instead of bevelled to the hood. So not all the SD70m's are going to be cookie cutter alike.
