Does anyone have any information on the Union Pacific Fresno Sub?

If you can give me some details on what kind of information you are looking for, I will help out as best I can. Unfortunately, my knowlege of this line is limited.
Basics: UP Fresno Subdivision comprises the ex-SP lines between Bakersfield, CA and Elvas Tower in Sacramento, CA. There are connections to other Subdivisions at Elvas, Stockton, Lathrop and Bakersfield. The only line that sees passenger traffic is the Elvas Line between Stockton and Sacramento (daily San Joaquin Service to and from Sacramento).

Are the Stations in the Altamont Press timetable correct?
What does Dispatcher 56 control?
What does Dispatcher 73 control?

To the best of my knowledge, the Altamont Pass Timetable is pretty accurate. According to the one I have, Disp. 73 handles Bakersfield to Arena (South of Atwater) and Disp. 56 handles Arena to MP 39.1 (just South of Elvas). Since my timetable (#10), Elvas Tower has closed and I am unsure of who controls the interlocking at Elvas. Likely, the newest timetable would have that updated info.
